Xcelerated l Performance offers many spring programs In accordance with our philosophy workouts will emphasize specific flexibility, strength, speed, and endurance work. These clinics will prepare athletes to excel by focusing on their weaknesses which will compliment their strengths.

All new Athletes recieve a free interview with Patrick. This interview is a look into an athletes complete needs for custom program design and will best suit the athletes. Program design for the year, plus the interview is valued at $500.

XP's Young Stars Speed School
Xcelerated l Performance is looking forward to training our young stars. Our primary focus in this school is to develop the skills needed to improve in the areas of strength, speed and coordination. 1.5 hours once a week for 12 weeks. March 24th - June 6th. Max 10 athletes per group.
